Thought I had placed an order for a future time only to show up and it not have been actually placed. the manager taking my order said this happens quite often. After entering payment info the app definitely said to pick up at my designated time. Poor app design if once you submit payment you have to go back to the cart and submit it again.

Absolutely atrocious!!! I would give it negative 10 stars if I could. They give you online/app deals, but make the app such a nightmare to use it's not really worth it. It lags and loads slower than a GIF on dial-up. It doesn't actually remember your rewards card number, and when you go to look it up, the cart empties. So the NIGHTMARE starts all over. Junk! Junk! Junk!

The app is horrible. Try logging in using email and get an error message. Try to reset your password and get another error. I go online and am finally able to reset my password, go to place an order and even though I am logged in it makes me log in again. It won't let me log in and says I have entered an incorrect email or password. After 40 minutes, time to order Domino's. Much better app.
