App is not user friendly. They need to simplify certain things, such as viewing the menu without having to start an order, viewing your points and purchase history, as well as uploading a gift card to use for purchases. I remember when it was fun to go here with their 3/7/9x points days and decent pricing. Now it feels like an absolute chore to get coffee from here.

won't send verification text! every time I go through the drive through they tell me my points aren't going to count until I get the app. well I have the app now and I've tried multiple times over multiple days to get the code to send and it just doesn't send the text. Just another company implementing an app that isn't flushed out. very unimpressed

Update: I can't even order. What is the combo for the Pixie Stix mix? Because you removed it, and that's lame. App is new. Definitely room to grow. Worst thing y'all started with was removing the old mix options that were available on delivery apps. Plus, I hate apps that make you choose the location before you can view the menu. Half the time they don't load quick enough when you're in line when you gotta make that extra step. Good luck making this a good app,
