This app has saved me probably a couple hundred dollars now. It's of medium quality in overall function but high quality in accuracy. Everything I have ordered through the app has been successful. The apps only downfall is the QR codes not scanning well at POS. The other negative would be that some areas have poor cell reception and may require you to log into the wifi to use the app. I would recommend setting up the app before getting in line to ensure you are ready to scan the QR code.

Can't even use the app. I've un-installed then re-installed, updated the app. However, every time I try to open it, it immediately closes out and I get the same message saying "Server unavailable"

I am never able to access my birthday coffee. One time, I let the team member behind the register look at my phone to see that it was actually my birthday, and she wouldn't help me. When I tried emailing the company, I got no response. Was so disappointed, I deleted the app from my phone and stopped visiting Klatch Coffee. that was back in August 2024. I really love the product, so I reinstated my app and took part in this survey that immediately popped up when I did so. Thank you.
