Bluetooth is outdated when it comes to pet automated products! This app requires the exact location from your phone but if you aren't in your home it won't tell you what's happening with the fountain. It's not worth the money if you can't tell me when I am having an issue with the fountain while I'm not home. Plus size the cats like the constant water moving and they are drinking more.

Well the app sort of works. Beyond the terrible UX, there are a number of bugs. I find a lot of the buttons are hard to press. The scroll on the home page gets stuck. The video is a laggy mess since it phones to the cloud and back down instead of working through LAN. Also it said when I first login through verification code it will make an account for me but it never did. Open source the app, and allow home assistant integration!

the app completely sucks. have been trying to register this $500 litter box, and there is NO BUTTON to click to register, only to log in? so in the meantime, I can't even use it because it won't work unless I go thru the app FIRST. CS says email us, and we'll get back to you in 48 hours?not what you'd expect from a $500 item. Not Happy at all!!!
