So far really good experience. Easy set up. We are using this on 2 devices my wife and I. Verification code is sent via email each time you log in from a different device, which is not convenient. We only used it 5 times. I'll update my review next week if something changes. My 9-year-old son has 3 training sessions and a 4-game tournament this week. Good stress test.

The instructions for this app and the associated hardware are truly awful. It is not at all easy to setup and use. So standby for some long and frustrating setup times. The user guides are circular, so rather than starting at what you might think is the beginning (getting started / starting an activity) it immediately links you to other articles. Very frustrating. Help desk is done via bot, which is as much use as the manuals. I did manage to speak to a human via WhatsApp. Not much help either

Absolutely garbage product. It has been "syncing" for the past three hours, no updates. Says the data is almost ready and then just keeps spinning. Had it for over three weeks and used it four times and only managed to get one session properly recorded.
