I'm trying to reach Policy Bazaar regarding my renewal query, but haven't received any callbacks. I'm also concerned about being asked to pay the full year's premium upfront during the last call, as I was previously paying in monthly installments. This change wasn't communicated to me earlier, and I'd like clarification on why it's happening now. I'll stop all other policies with you people & will not hesitate to file a complaint for my financial loss,it seems a scam.

The customer support experience has been extremely disappointing. Once the policy is issued, there seems to be no proper assistance, leaving customers completely stranded. Even after raising a ticket, there’s no response or follow-up from the team. they keep the ticket on hold by giving a lame Tag-customer not contactable. highly disappointed.

I had a very bad experience with this company. I strongly advise others not to take any policy from them. The service is extremely poor — I have been facing issues for the past two months. Despite sending multiple emails, chatting with support, and calling several times, I received no proper response. My issue remains unresolved, and my money has not been refunded. Very disappointed with their customer service and overall support.
