pathetic customer service, whenever i place callback request for my refund status, they will call me and say you are not audible so we are cutting the call, same happens everytime. But for enquiry about health insurance, calls are very much audible and they keep spamming with calls. Time for Ditto insurance to take the lead. downfall of policy Bazaar has started.

I know my insurance needs to be renewed in the next 20 days. I will check it myself and do it. I have explained this over call as well. SO STOP SPAMMING ME WITH CALLS EVERYDAY! And don't reply with "you can manage the communication from settings". I can't disable the call option for renewals, it's not allowed.

The customer support experience has been extremely disappointing. Once the policy is issued, there seems to be no proper assistance, leaving customers completely stranded. Even after raising a ticket, there’s no response or follow-up from the team. they keep the ticket on hold by giving a lame Tag-customer not contactable. highly disappointed.
