Update the dam system. A lot of people have problems logging into the app. a mere sorry when you guys reply to people dont solve anything. Do something about it! I can't even log in through the app. When I recover the password again through the app, it says my email dont exist... this has been happening since I believe 2023. 2 years, really, and no fix. What kind of business does not listen to problems customers complain about! I have to go incognito on my browser to gain access to my account!

Love this app. Keeps all my gift cards in one spot. Easy access. In the future, I hope they figure out how to check the balance on all my gift cards stored on this app. Currently, it will kick you out to other sites to check balances and some cards it wont even allow the balance to be researched. Once they fix that, it will be the perfect application.

Preeze allows me to purchase gift cards, send gift cards, and exchange gift cards received through the app. I've had no issues with the availability of funds, and I can use them online and in store. Also, since the app has a built-in wallet feature, I don't have to keep track of multiple cards or worry about misplacing or losing a physical card. In 2 words: Convenient. Simplistic.
