very bad Hitachi, always advertisement on remote app.. use of AC experience is become very boring for this app and advertising, also the app is very slow and all functions are not working. other companies remote app very fine and no advertisement. kindly took the matter seriously....

I don't understand why people are giving this 1*or 2*, this app atleast deserves 4*. Like who on earth thinks a remote control works without IR blaster, ofc wifi also does but, You cannot just give it 1* because you don't have IR that's your problem. It's a good app, there are ads tho, so make sure u turn ur data off and use it.

Works, but it's suboptimal to have ads play before controlling air-conditioning every time. Would rather use a different app. No timer controls, silent mode, and so on here - features that original remote and other apps have.
