It’s 23rd September and I requested a return on 17th, but no agent has come for pickup and there’s no communication. The return period ends 26th September, so I might lose my refund simply because support is unresponsive. RapidBox has no customer service number—only email, and even that never gets a reply. Other shopping apps process returns fast and actually help customers. RapidBox really needs to fix their support and care about users! This is worst shopping experience ever imo.

Sir, I have returned the shoes and they have reached Bengaluru but the money has not yet been credited to my account. I am very disappointed with the shoes I bought from your Rapid Box because my money has not been refunded yet and it has been a full month. What kind of policy is this that the return is done in 10 days, but here it has been a full month and till now my money is not in my account. So I request you to please refund my money to my account as soon as possible

worst app don't download it , I placed a return request & they accept it , after that they r not picking the product & no proper answer from them !!!!! Scammers
