Raven appears to lack active customer support. I've lodged a complaint regarding a pending transaction that's been unresolved for the past two days, and I have yet to receive any response.

i have lost money within the sub-accounts and it has not rectified since 4 months now despite whatsapp messages to support. And i can't even withdraw my balance

I am giving it 3 stars because the receipt doesn't print the transaction ID with the other things printed. secondly, when I use the POS to withdraw it will show declined and debit me or the customer at the same time. my #28,600 and #46,000 is still hanging till date. those are the only issues I have. I hope this can be looked into and rectified. thank you
