Very poor app. I tried to use it to plan a route from London to Cornwall and it thinks my Zoe can do 291 miles on 70% charge (miles/km mixup?) Doesn't refresh the charge status unless you force it by swiping down. It regularly refuses to login, saying there is a server error, unless you force quit and start over. You can't see how fast (kW) the car is charging. Just like the car, the app doesn't find most rapid chargers. Vehicle lifetime mileage shown in km not miles. Such a disappointment.

It took me a considerable time to get the service plan and warranty to show on the app. Eventually it appeared with very strange nomenclature. Thereafter it broadly worked until around 3 months ago. At that stage the mileage shown for my vehicle was inflated by approximately 5000 miles. I contacted Renault and they advised that there were issues with the app. I had my car serviced in October and the service details showed on the app with the correct mileage as entered by the garage.

Cannot connect to the car anymore since middle of November - which prevents the only uses of this app and still no update to fix this problem from Renault. edit: contacted Renault through as many ways as possible, and it has been months now that we are "on hold" as no solution is in sight. So now we risk being fined when charging our car as we simply cannot know what the % is.
