An absolutely USELESS app. It used to work great. Especially for autostart, lock, unlock, etc. Now, it's does absolutely NOTHING. It says my truck is running ALL the time. Autostart will NOT work. Lock/unlock are useless as well. I've signed in/out. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. All to no avail. I will change my rating if it EVER works again. Oh, I've also installed all new updates to the app AND the trucks software. Junk. 🙄

If you look almost all the five star reviews are over a year or two old. A super slow lazy app that almost never works. I can't really control how my car has the heat settings or anything from the app. If I want to remotely start it. The fact I need to have Wi-Fi makes this almost completely useless as my Wi-Fi does not go all the way into my garage Lolo in my driveway. Also, when I turn off my car and open the door the Bluetooth still stays on for 30 minutes. This app and car sucks

App is almost useless. When viewing the vehicle status, it just says "Parked". There is no indication as to whether it's locked or unlocked. That would be helpful. I'm also not seeing the Phone as a Key option or climate control in the app. Dealership says it should be there and available. Additionally, remote start scheduling can only be done 24 hours prior to when you want to start the vehicle. Really? This limitation makes no sense to me.
