I've had the app for about 2 months now. I understand that they are new... yet I have only received 1 trip request in that time. There was an app update on 7/13/24 and now all the app does is crash as soon as it opens. I emailed support and I'm still awaiting a response on how to resolve that. Calling them doesn't help because the phone number only plays a recording instructing you to email them. Update: the crash is fixed now so I'll give them a little more time to go live in my city (NOLA)

Support was amazing and got my app up and running 🏃‍♀️ after some amazing work. This is a new company and a new app but what they are trying to accomplish in the rideshare business is very much needed by the drivers and the riders. My greatest hope ♥️ is that everyone gives revo rideshare at least a try drivers and riders. This is all new so expect some growing pains like all new things in life. using rideshare on a blockchain is all new. We all must learn as we move along. Don't give up!

I am experiencing difficulty signing up, and now the application is not opening. I am currently using a Galaxy S25 Ultra.
