Most Unreliable Service Ever! You book a ticket but they keep changing the timings every time. They even change the timings 5 minutes before the departure when everyone has already reached on the terminal. Frustrated passengers try to cancel the booking after they change timings again and again but they don't provide refund. You will never be able to travel on your desired time with Road Master so don't book. Don't use it when you plan ahead for important visits. You will not reach on time.

Although they provide good service, they have the worst management I've ever seen. They allow us to book seats in advance, but they cancel them just hours before departure without even trying to compensate us. This has happened to me twice. I filed complaints with their customer service center, and they said I would receive a call shortly, but nothing has happened.... I'm not using this app (& service) anymore....

The app is good but the customer service is the worst. they will cancel the bus at the last moment and will tell you that the amount has been refunded but actually when you raise the issue with the customer service they will make you beg for your money. such worst customer service and absurd process. never ever gonna use this again and won't recommend it to anyone. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
