Most Unreliable Service Ever! You book a ticket but they keep changing the timings every time. They even change the timings 5 minutes before the departure when everyone has already reached on the terminal. Frustrated passengers try to cancel the booking after they change timings again and again but they don't provide refund. You will never be able to travel on your desired time with Road Master so don't book. Don't use it when you plan ahead for important visits. You will not reach on time.

Although they provide good service, they have the worst management I've ever seen. They allow us to book seats in advance, but they cancel them just hours before departure without even trying to compensate us. This has happened to me twice. I filed complaints with their customer service center, and they said I would receive a call shortly, but nothing has happened.... I'm not using this app (& service) anymore....

Frustrated passengers try cancel the booking after they change timings again and again but they don't provide refund. You will never be able to travel on your desired time with Road Master so don't book. Don't use it when you plan ahead for important visits. You will not reach on time. Such a third class services.
