After I installed the latest app version (6.3.20) on my phone, I was not able to login anymore. It took almost a month of slow communication with whom ever is responding through the email CRC@.... To find out that my phone's android version is not compatible with the updated App. I have purchased a new phone and re-installed the App once more. However, I need to reactivate the App. I live in Chicago now. I tried to contact the customer service vis email, phone and Whatsup. No response so ever.

The Application doesn't work after the update, I tried recovering the password but it doesn't work, it only shows a message that said "Code confidentiel incorrect"

Unfortunately the E-card service is not stable it works only in the early morning, there is something wrong in the server, it keeps loading in more than a Min, then it shows nothing, only the server is currently unavailable 😞 please do your best to solve this issue. custemmers pay for additional services to take the advantage, not to waste time.
