I've used this several times before without any trouble. Today I am trying to report an issue for and I understand that I must "sign in" to get a response. I've signed in successfully before using Google sign-in service, but today I just get an error message "Sign-in failed". I also try to "sign up" from scratch, but after filling the form correctly and obeying password limits, I press the "Create Account" button but it just displays the same create account form again. I'm stuck in a loop.

Easy way to report issues to the city however there are still glitches in the app. When starting a new report, the location auto fills to the same place each time. You have to close and restart the report to jump to the correct location. After you favorite a report, you cannot unfavorite it. I get countless emails for a report that has been open for 4 years. I wish there was better feedback from issues that are reported. Some of the feedback is not understandable

App is broken. Report an issue goes to a map that has all kinds of error messages and does not take information. The Android version is constantly broken it seems they never test it
