this app sucks just as bad as the first one did. first off they changed apps and never let us know, then this one every time I try to pull it up it says my loan is not able to be found. but yet when I go through the browser and login it's perfectly fine which is the way I have to make the payments now. what is up with the app and why won't it recognize my account

doesnt work/load anything. log in, it shows your loan and everything but you click on it and all it does is appear to try to load your information forever, you can click on a few other tabs and all it says is an error occurred try again later, you try hours, days, whatever later and its fhe same thing. failure to create a working app makes me wonder why I bother paying my bill. looking to refinance with a company that can actually make an app currently

Shellpoint Mortgage servicing customer service is in my opinion-the worse in the Mortgage loan servicer in the mortgage business. If you are unlucky enough to have them aquire your mortgage servicing, be on your toes & look out for extremely bad customer service & reps that don’t understand how to solve simple questions. It's funny that Shellpoint Mortgage play store app states that they have "highly trained" representatives.... scary if they are truly highly trained!

With this release, you are now able to submit an Escrow cancellation request directly from the app, making it easier to manage your account without needing to contact support.
