Ratings and reviews

This app may be the worst hotel app I have had to use! I can't find my hotel reservation every time I stay here and their own support and hotel staff can't fix the problem. On top of that I now can't communicate with the hotel on anything I want to do at the hotel because I can't find my reservation!

Please provide email or a web cancellation. Don't make me install an app to cancel. The fake app reviews were a nice touch.
