Ratings and reviews

Your app isn't letting me login anymore. it tells me my password is wrong, over and over, but when I login via my browser with exactly the same info, it works first time, every time. Something is wrong with the app.

I cant get past the cloudfare check on my phone. Sometimes it lets me in, but mostly it doesn't. I went to your CHC store and told one of the staff in-person, and they asked me to wait for 10 mins to get the tech guy. The guy came, checked my phone and he asked me to send an email to the customer service. Your app and your store customer service, both suck.

I remember PBTech used to have a dedicated Android app, now it is just web app wrapped in mobile format, I guess they reduced the time for updating items on all platforms at the cost of a dedicated mobile experience, it's not really any different than opening their website on and mobile browser as well. And it still recommends to download the app it's hilarious in its own app lol.
