item showed up late (after Christmas) they offered a 20% discount ($9) before it showed up (assuming it had been missing) so they straight up tried stealing money from me, definitely won't be using again, nor do I recommend for anyone else. too much of a hassle when there's plenty more honest options. will not try again...

I absolutely love this shop. It's so meaningfully to get personalized gifts and things for my loved ones. My aunt passed away in October last year. She loved this shop so I used it to get gifts in memory of her for my family. However I keep going back to look at more. My only critic is it takes forever to get delivered but thats understandable too. With personalization and all

I can only say I have recrived utmost satisfaction. Callie have done their best to make sure I was satisfied with my request. I have ordered a number of gifts for the Christmas period and every one arrived well wrapped and arrived in plenty of time. Top Marks!!
