Ratings and reviews

This was initially convenient, until they botched three separate orders in a row (sent someone else's random birthday and congratulations cards to the people I was trying to thank). It was a tedious and slow process to get a refund (still working on it) and to get the correct card sent. Waiting to see if they botch it again. I can't trust this app anymore and am looking for alternatives.

This app suuuucks. It makes you use an email to log in/sign up but it's stuck in a perpetually loading cycle. It refuses to move past that screen, and you can't place an order without an account Update: Lol the website is also a damn joke. I can't even contact them because when click "send message" I get an error message. Such a waste of time 😂

The app will not allow me to log in to send the free postcard offered by T-Mobile. It let me go through the whole process of creating it, but then at the very end when it says to enter your email address for them to send a confirmation, it just freezes. I've tried to complete it 7 different times with the same result.
