Ratings and reviews

The notifications for artists you follow can't be tailored to your local area so the recommendations are pretty useless. Plus it doesn't import all the artists you follow on Spotify. Given their aim is to sell tickets these seem like such massive open goals I'm surprised someone hasn't been fired.

tried many times 9ver 2 days to buy tickets, won't do it. no update for app available. Also we had an event cancelled and skiddle tried to keep over £6 in fees for themselves! l had to go through my debit card company to claim the money back.

the show i had tickets for was rescheduled. i cannot make the rescheduled date and skiddle refunded my tickets. the T and C do state that the booking fees are non refundable but as it was NOT my fault regarding the reschedule, i asked for that to be refunded, but told no. i think that is really bad as it was the shows fault. i have lost £5.90. this is totally not fair.
