Spond makes it easy to organize groups for either children or adults, and you can invite to events, share posts and pictures. Spond handles sending out invites through either SMS, email or app and collects all the answers to give you a full overview.

Ratings and reviews

Spond has genuinely surprised me. I went into it expecting a bare-bones TeamSnap knockoff, and instead got a cleaner, faster, ad-free platform that does everything I need and in most cases, does it better. The interface is simple and intuitive, with no clutter or upsells. Setting lineups is easy, communication is instant, and the ability to create subgroups (for positions, availability, squads, etc.) is a game-changer. Managing attendance, reminders, and game logistics feels streamlined.

Our Cub Scout Pack has been using Spond for just over a year and it's been great! There's just a few things that could make it better... *The ability to showcase a picture with an event or post. Currently you can attach a picture, but people would have to click on the attachment to see it. I would really like it to show up as a header image. *All features able to be edited for an event after creation. For recurring meetings, add picture, poll, media, etc to just one occurrence.

Very useful app! My sports club uses it to manage attendence for trainings, announcements, and distributing voluntary tasks during events. There's one thing which really annoys me though: when pressing the button to indicate whether I am present during a training, it makes a sound which I am unable to turn off. It doesn't use my regular volume, but instead uses notification volume or something. I couldn't find an option in the app to turn it off. I really like a quiet phone, otherwise 5 stars.
