Ratings and reviews

This app takes all your information, gets you to confirm your email and then you can't login with the password you just created. When you try and reset your password it takes you to an error page. Total waste of time and worse they got your document numbers and email address when sign up. Terrible!

Worst airline app I have ever used! SKY needs to get rid of PayPal (all credit cards still had to go through PayPal) as the only way to pay online as it really caused incredible amount of problems and waste of time.

The app is useless and the website is worse (if you try to do something, it will actually cause problems to your reservation). But the support by email works to solve (though partially) the problems caused by the website.
