Useless, it just doesn't work. And in the unlikely chance it does work. When you try to login it fails. This is the first time an app is so horrible I have to come here and give it 1 star. I would give it zero stars but is not possible. Today, August 8th, 2026, with the latest update installed. It is not possible to login with a google account.

this app uses a lot of battery in a ver short time, extremely inefficient Updated review - Usually all the tours that you book work out fine, but if you are in bad luck and get ripped off by the tour operator, Civitatis will side with the operator instead of the customer. be aware of this.

I'm traveling around Europe, and I booked about 10 tours with Civitatis, four of which were canceled just a few days before. I didn't have time to find anything else at a reasonable price. I lost valuable days because of this app.
