I paid for a fiber connection a week ago. But still they have been unable to give the connection. When I try to contact the responsible people they don't answer calls. Not recommend slt to anyone.

Absolutely Useless - Full of Errors. This app is completely useless. Every time I try to use it, it just shows errors and fails to perform even the most basic tasks. When I need it the most, it’s completely unreliable. The developers clearly haven’t tested it properly. Don’t waste your time or storage space on this app. One star because zero isn’t an option! Even can't place a complaint inside the app because it also says "Service Temporarily Unavailable."

Well, the app is overall Okay with me. But the main issue that is visible to me right now is, When most of the time I'm about to login to the app and check my data balance and details, there are messages shows up displaying "Service Temporarily Unavailable/ Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again shortly." And this really mess me up most of the time. BTW sometimes everything loads up, but the Data balance shows "N/A". If you guys can change this I will change my Review to 5Star Immediately
