The Area Selection feature is not working at all. I select the area but the app does nothing. I have reported this to support every day, but the issue comes back daily. Support gives generic replies and makes me explain everything from the start each time. No proper case record, no permanent fix. This bug is affecting my work. Please fix the Area Selection issue permanently.

For a company that classified itself as a tech company, I at least expect the best experience with your app however, that's not the case. Fix this app and the update issues I can't be driving to pick up a client and all I'm experiencing is cancelled rides. Each time it happens I have to come to the play store to check if there's an update.

Yango Pro app has been really disappointing to use. It crashes frequently, especially during peak hours, and often freezes right when a ride request comes in. The GPS is also unreliable—it keeps lagging or showing the wrong location, which makes pickups stressful. Earnings information doesn’t update. don't try this app.
