This app is a waste of time for drivers. A user can book 2 yangos when they only need 1. You go to pick up point and you will lose fuel. And all Yango does is nothing. Its Russian roulette. You have to take it as a loss. Sometimes clients cancel the trip last minute, and in most cases after you have arrived at the pick up point. You take it as your loss as no measures are put in place for such behavior. And the rating system, drivers can't see why they got a bad rating, so how can thy improve

Only a fool drives 2km (unbilled) to pick up someone going to a destination they don't know, for a fare they don't know. Joke of a business. optimized to ensure total driver exploitation, 90% of the time. Horrible, drivers should be paid for pick ups over 1 Km. wear and tear, number of passengers and cost of fuel should be factored in ride prices. you can't pick up 4 people at the price of 1, when a heavier car consumes more fuel. In most instances the price per km is less than $0.4.

I’d like to report an issue with pick-up distances. The app often sends requests that are very far from my location, sometimes over 10 km. This increases fuel costs and slows down service. Please consider prioritizing closer requests to help drivers work more efficiently. Thank you
