i have been using it many times, but the last experience was the worst ever in any drive booking. the app from my side shows the different fairs, but on the other side, the driver charges us more 6 times because his app was showing the amount. i don't know how, but there are more than frauds using this app as a car rider. I had to pay 4000 pkr for just 10 km distance.

Worst app ever. The fares are extremely low, while the commission charged is ridiculously high. There’s absolutely no value for the driver. Unfortunately, zero stars isn’t an option, otherwise I would have given this app 0 stars. Very disappointed and definitely not recommended. Captain

The app is generally easy to use, but there is one major issue for riders. If a trip is too far, out of route, or has a low fare, not accepting it within the 10-second timer can result in a 30-minute restriction. This wastes a lot of working time. There should be a better option for riders to decline unsuitable trips without being penalized.
