We want to highlight the biggest issues with the Yango app. When a ride is skipped, our priority drops unfairly, and the fare is not shown properly. Also, we often have to travel 3â4 km just to reach the pickup point, and then for a 22 km ride, we are only given 650, which is extremely low. Fuel prices have increased significantly, but your fares are still very low. This is not acceptable. Please fix these issues as soon as possible, otherwise we will be forced to boycott your service.
