This application provides access to the Camera Kit SDK, which enables Augmented Reality Lenses to be used in content created through the camera. AR experiences are designed to inspire creativity and self expression.

This app is used to power experiences for systems often pre-installed on devices, like certain native camera apps.

I too was suspicious of this, but researched to see that it enables a very good feature in 2 apps I have for navigation and for night sky searching. It allows the apps to overlay items into your camera's view if the app needs to. (eg I point camera at the sky and can get shown on the camera overlay what each dot of light actually is.) Not Snapchat.

well I haven't really used it yet, but I like that it has a large library with fundamentals, and creative AR filters and lenses in some favorite apps that im really just learning and its educational way of helping people, once I get more involved I'm sure I will give 5 Star's, best advice some things or not the same for everyone but I suggest check it out it just might be for you, to all have a very Blessed day Amen

Be very cautious about adding this app. Once installed you can"t uninstall it and it seems to grow like intestinal worms gaining access to more areas of your phone that you intended. If anyone lnows how to uninstall this app, please let me know.
