Great little app. I don't drive to downtown Chicago without it! The only thing I'd improve is for the parking pass to indicate which car is on the reservation (or "no car selected" if we didn't choose one), so that we know at a glance which keys to grab before leaving the house! Currently there is no way to see that without calling customer service, but thankfully the CS reps are awesome and always help us out.

Ridiculous app, non-existent customer service. Had a terrible experience in using this app for parking in Manhattan. I prepaid for a spot and the garage location had no idea of the reservation. when checking out, they had no record of the reservation and ended up charging me twice. I don't blame the parking garage, Spothero makes no attempt to clarify the process. PLEASE, only use this app to check the prices but dont end up paying. it is better to just pay at the location directly.

Scammed. Somehow double charged for the exact same booking (location, time), even the booking id is the exact same. And yet I have two charges on my credit card. That alone is fine, some times bugs happen, but I've reached out to spothero support twice and gotten nothing back. Edit: as per the response, I called the number, and got spothero credit for the same amount as the double booking price Would recommend the developers add a check to prevent double booking. Bumped rating up.
