This is the 2nd time I've installed the app a year apart. The first time it didn't work, and now it brings me to sign in screen and doesn't allow a sign-in. I thought the bugs would be fixed by now. I only installed again to try Zelle, as the online banking also has an issue when you choose Bill Payments -- it states to login again or you have timed out. Lots of bugs even with their online banking with anything other than making a transfer or checking your account balances, So disappointing and frustrating.

This app has tons of glitches since the latest update. Its very frustrating and disappointing. They added all these new features which seem great but the old ones dont seem to work right now. Something is always off. Right now the dates are out of order for transactions. Other times the balance showing was incorrect. One day the oldest transactions were on top and the newest had to scroll and load all the way down to the bottom. Transactions seem to appear and disappear. It needs to be fixed.

09/05/20. App has gotten much better. Makes life so much easier. Haven't had any problems in a long time. My credit score went up because this app makes it easier to remember due dates. There was an update ready so I updated my online app. Unable to get in it. Telling me an error and to call. Problem is that the credit union is closed and there's no emergency number available. Should have after hour contact number to be able to check on the problem. Disappointed
