great functions & ease of access... WHEN you can access it... half the time my app won't let me log in, the other half it logs in but the app is frozen. I can look at my account but do nothing other than close the app. it has been like this for 5+ years. not sure what the point of a mobile app is if I cant use it. it basically forces me to HAVE to go to the bank regardless of my other plans or obligations. or just overdraft my account.

It worked great for awhile, I loved the Zelle integration, but after version 21.3.30 on Android 12 it won't work anymore for me, it says it violates a security policy and it closes the app. And it's really annoying because I used the app a lot, and now I have to login to the website now and zelle doesn't work on the website on the phone, it probably does on a computer though. I emailed customer support and got no response.

Update: App performs a lot better than it used to. I like that I'm not being asked to change my password every time I turn around anymore. Much less aggravating, thanks. Guess I'll put my rating in the middle. it's great and easy with no problems half the time. The other half the time it's a total pain in the butt. not letting me in and end up having to call tech support, who are very helpful and have always fixed the problem right away, but it is annoying to keep having to call in on it.
