Preparing for trip but it won't load my trip details because I used an Alaska rewards numberor didn't use my COSMILE number. I used the same account to purchase but it can't find my flight details. App is a joke as much as it is useless!

The app can sometimes have difficulty launching especially after an android os update. Interface is pretty good, simple with expected features like reserving meals.

This airline has any stranded. I'm literally standing at the Alaska counter in Portland, Oregon and being starlux has accidentally put my last name as my first name and so they won't let me board my flight... And the app has crashed so I can't get live support and all the offices are closed. Absolutely crazy
