Ratings and reviews

Functions well as an e-boarding pass, almost all other functions completely broken. The "Where's My Plane" tab didn't work even once. Clicking for a map of the terminal pulls up a generic Google Maps of the airport. Tried to call JetBlue Support through the app and it pulled up a box with a phone number that I couldn't copy paste. Chat function disconnected 4 times before I got someone on the line. Some of these things are hard to fix, some are very very easy and show a clear lack of care.

I recently got a true blue credit card because I enjoy the airline, but this app is maybe the worst I've had to deal with for travel. It gives the incorrect error code for everything I'm trying to do. First one is insufficient payment when trying to book with points without accepting terms and conditions, next one is canceling a points purchased ticket says "heads up you must be logged in" when you're already logged in and cannot cancel, and another is password doesn't meet criteria

Horrible app! It's beyond unusable. Never has it been able to sign in my account properly. It'll give errors but still sign in. Cannot access My Trips, it crashes 100% of the time now. Doesn't matter how many times I clear data/cache. Everyone else is complaining of the same issues. HOW can an airline like JetBlue allow such an awful app?! JetBlue needs to find some developers who know what the hell they are doing.
