About this app

[Basic Information]
(1) Infocon login
To use the Infoconn app, you must sign up at the bottom of the app's first screen or sign up on the Infoconn homepage (https://infoconn.kg-mobility.com).
When using it for the first time after logging in, you must go to the upper right menu of the app > Subscription vehicle information > Find service subscription vehicle > Mobile phone authentication > Vehicle registration to display Infocon subscription/activation vehicles.

(2) Other logins
The following login procedures are required to use the in-vehicle voice recognition function, home IoT service, and music service (limited to customers who subscribe to the premium service).

1. Vehicle remote control
1) Remote start/air conditioning service and remote air conditioning stop

2. Check vehicle status
1) Find parking location

2) Check the condition of my car
You can check the open/closed/locked status of the vehicle's doors, the open/closed sunroof/tailgate/hood, the headlamp on/off, and the engine start on/off status through the app.

3) Vehicle diagnostic information
When the dashboard warning light turns on/flashes or the driver detects a problem with the vehicle, if you use the vehicle diagnosis service, we will guide you to receive vehicle maintenance at an appropriate time by analyzing the vehicle's fault code information.

: If you do not use the vehicle diagnosis service, the diagnostic information in the monthly vehicle report may differ from the actual vehicle condition.
: If diagnostic equipment is connected to the vehicle, vehicle diagnostic services may be limited.

3. Send destination
1) Send destination, recent destination, repeat schedule
Destination information searched on your mobile phone can be transmitted to the car navigation system anytime, anywhere. You can check the latest destination information, and through settings, destination information can be transmitted repeatedly. For navigation-related matters such as route settings, please refer to the AVN user manual. .

4. Vehicle report
1) Monthly vehicle report
Once a month, we provide you with a report on vehicle operation information, vehicle malfunctions, and consumable replacement cycles. Operation information for the most recent month (previous month), vehicle malfunctions, consumable replacement cycles, etc. are provided on the 1st of every month.

2) Operation information
You can check the vehicle mileage, time, and fuel efficiency for all recent trips (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year).

3) Consumables management
Through the app, you can check the replacement history of each consumable in your vehicle. Separately from the app, AVN checks the exchange cycle and provides notification messages according to the replacement period.

You can check your personal information and change your password.

6. Subscription vehicle information
1) My vehicle
You can search for your vehicle that has subscribed to the Infocon service. (More than one may be displayed depending on whether infocon is used.)
