Service is a disaster. I have been using their connection for the last 5 months. For the first 3 months the service and connectivity was good, but after 3 months the issues started. No instant service, technicians are least bothered to address the issue and get it resolved. I will be disconnecting the service soon. I recommend not to avail their service if looking for a long term.

Poor Service and Support - I have been using their service for the past 8 months now and have occasionally faced issues with downtime. Currently, it has been more than 3 days without internet, but the team has not been able to resolve the issue. I have called customer service multiple times to escalate the matter. However, they have not taken any effective steps to fix it. Although a technician has been assigned, they have been unresponsive and seem laid-back in performing their duties.

Editing review after 3 years. No change in stars. After every operation, app hangs with message blinking "Something went wrong" Tried recharging the subscription, didn't get on-screen confirmation and same message was displayed. Under device block/unblock, it shows bluetooth address rather than device name. How do I know which device to unblock, if there's no name mentioned?
