Yo Unity Bank!!!! I've been having series of issues with your mobile App for a while now, it's not just reliable for transaction as it crashes from time to time!!! Sometimes it doesn't show my account number and I can't make transfer without that and other times it just logs me out indefinitely! Like I'm just so sick of the App! I'm sure other customers have similar experience often times! You guys should talk the developer of the App and get all this bugs fixed! E dey vex person!!!!!!!!

Too many issues You can't download statement of account Network issues (a lot of times your balance won't show on the app even after several refreshes, alerts don't come in time or may never come at all) You can't upgrade your limit (if we are not allowed to upgrade our limit via the app, then why put the option on the app?) That's misinformation and it's very misleading! Don't just make an app, monitor it and make it better. It is supposed to ease the stress of customers but right now it's not!

From not being able to make use of ussd codes to not being able to login to my account. Ever since an account was opened for me in camp, i knew i was in for trouble. Clicking on the forget password option, and then get a message saying "otp has been sent to you" still i received nothing. I've complained and complained still nothing. Not a real bank in my book.
