Ratings and reviews

JazzCash has become my favorite application since they integrated with Google Wallet for the Tap and Pay feature. However, one issue persists: transactions do not appear in the payment history immediately but take two hours, which is quite inconvenient for me. I also have a suggestion: please enable a feature that allows us to withdraw money from ATMs using Google Wallet and the Tap n Pay feature. This would eliminate the need for plastic cards entirely.

Absolute trash app. My payment got deducted but the order didn't go through. I contacted the support to reverse it with all details. The transaction date was clearly mentioned to be of 29th August and their reply email after a week said it had been reversed on 27th August. The support team is totally high and useless. It was never refunded and they put the blame on the merchant.

Disappointed by their service. I tried subscribing a package from Rox and paid via Jazzcash. The amount got deducted, but the package never got activated. Upon contacting Rox, they told me that they never received the amount. Complained twice and it gets resolved without any solution, now I can't even file another complain on the app. Pathetic service
