Terrible app! I deposited $10 but when I'd try sending messages insufficient funds pops up. Called customer service & got that taken care of, then I had issues sending pics. Five out of 9 pics didn't go thru and it says "Denied: StatusesSyncServices"...but best believe I was charged for sending them. That was a few days ago. Now I can't send pics at all. There's no need for GTL to fix the problem because there's no competition, so they know we'll just deal with it. Smh.

So far the app is good, but could improve. text messages normally go right through as far as approval, but if they're long it will be pending for ever how long. I don't understand the picture thing, sometimes the pics go right through and sometimes they take a few hours, a day, or days? also the video don't work where you can send videos. and it says "we are having difficulties ". overall I can recieve a text but when the visitation comes up theres no notification.

I keep getting messages that there is an error when I try to send video messages! I was only able to send one, that was a test, the rest of the time, I cant. Also can't do video visits, it wont let me or notify me of the invite, NOTHING! I called the help desk and I was told the facility doesn't support videos messages, which is not true. Please fix the issue and contact people to let them know the resolution.
