WORST MESSAGING APP EVER! It constantly stops working, to the point that I have to uninstall and reinstall it just to get it to stop giving me an error. Be careful! When you try to add money for messages, it will just go to the inmate instead, so you still can't message or get a refund. It frequently glitches and deletes the message you're typing so you have to start over. I had $10 on my account still, went into it the next time, it said I had a $0 balance & had to add$ to send messages again.

Terrible app! I deposited $10 but when I'd try sending messages insufficient funds pops up. Called customer service & got that taken care of, then I had issues sending pics. Five out of 9 pics didn't go thru and it says "Denied: StatusesSyncServices"...but best believe I was charged for sending them. That was a few days ago. Now I can't send pics at all. There's no need for GTL to fix the problem because there's no competition, so they know we'll just deal with it. Smh.

this app sucks. everything that everyone else has said I agree with. I can't do much of anything. and it is very unclear where your money actually goes. even when it doesn't tell you about a few when adding money, a fee is definitely tacked on in my bank statement. I was also allowed to send a dozen messages, some are pending STILL from 21 days ago, btw, and my inmates facility doesn't even accept messages! it didn't stop me from being charged for them tho!
