Love that I can connect (near) instantly. Don't always have to wait for them to reach out now. But the UX/UI is pretty bad. The scrolling has so much friction and is painful since recent 2024 update. The add more funds button hides behind the bottom footer of the page, so you really gotta fight to tap the button underneath it. You can't send high quality photos which is default for phones, so need to take a screenshot of photos to make low res before sending. Needs QA and engineer love

Absolutely terrible! Messages are now half the characters, from 2000 to 1000 but the same price. Pictures are often declined and messages left "pending" for weeks while still being charged. After a sentence, the typing lags so much that it becomes near to impossible to type as you have to wait 3-10 seconds between each character. Then it'll often say the app is crashing while half the time the app doesn't even open at all! Oh and you need money on both sides to even communicate at all. Sucks!

At first the app glitched so much, I hated it. It has gotten slightly better but, using my laptop and phone are totally different experiences. I can see all photos on the laptop but can't see them on the phone. Now they updated the app to where I can't see the message history anymore. Which is really irritating. Also, customer service is horrible. I no longer use the last name they have on my profile, and they refuse to change it. I sent in my photo ID, front and back with no luck.
