the app is completely useless. I can't pick the right country to set it up. the chat function is miserable and doesn't really help. you keep getting tossed from agent to agent, no case number or anything. they keep asking for me to confirm everything is ok/done although we have on-going stuff. furthermore it would not let me add my booking to the app on a 2nd device. the agent let's you know you can file complaints but they never actually processed. there's more but that's all I can fit in.

Useless, utter rubbish. Impossible to do anything. I was trying to cancel coach transfer as we are getting a taxi instead. Should be easy - just press the option to cancel transfer, but it just says unable to connect, try later or oops something went wrong. Tried ringing instead but after pressing numerous options I was held on hold and then the line went dead. Dreadful customer service, won’t use TUI again.

I can log in, add my trip and even select my trip. After that, NOTHING WORKS, just an error message "Oops. Something went wrong. Try again later". I did try again, several times, reinstalled the app, used a different phone, still the same stupid incorrect message. I mentioned it to the rep at the hotel and he said the app doesn't work if you are on a criuse and hotel stay after. WHY HAVEN'T THEY FIXED THIS?!!!
