I have made a withdrawal request. and i got the notification and email saying Funds sent. but still not received in my bank account. and also registered a ticket for the same problem but no response from the support team. also i wanted to know why there is no live agent for chat and query. Earlier this option was there for live agent chat but now it's more complicated. like i have to email for every query. this is poor help support from you guys.

This app is a complete disappointment. I deposited money, it was deducted from my bank but never credited to my account. It’s been over two weeks and the issue is still unresolved. First they asked for 5 days, then another 5, yet nothing was fixed. The support team only gives lame excuses, delays endlessly, and shows zero accountability. Totally unprofessional and untrustworthy. Avoid this app if you value your money. According to other reviews this app is very good but have zero support.

very bad service 🥹😒 Hello, I made a deposit of 3000 PKR via bank transfer, but the payment was not credited to my Olymp Trade account. In the transaction status, it is showing as Cancelled. However, the money has already been deducted from my bank account. Here are the details: Deposit Amount: 3000 PKR Payment Method: Bank Transfer Please check this issue and let me know if my deposit will be credited or refunded.
