I'm extremely disappointed with this trading application. Despite providing all the required documents for verification, including salary slips and account statements, my account remains unverified for over a month. The process has been frustratingly slow and unprofessional. The app's demands for documentation were excessive and even after providing original documents, they were rejected without clear reasons. Uncooperative App.

Has the most inefficient Customer Service I have ever experienced, even for straightforward issues. it's now 120hrs and an issue where you withdraw funds and receive them but the system still shows message that it is still processing transaction. Despite showing them the POP, still not removing that tag, meaning I can't make any further withdrawals until they remove that. Update: Sent several emails to the Supervisors as advised. No feedback. I am deleting my account! Useless! Don't bother!

Update: Another deposit failed. They are definitely stealing money. Don't install they will steal money. I made a deposit on the app it says cancelled but money has been deducted from my account. I don't know where my money is. The support is replying with the same pre written messages no help at all.
