Ratings and reviews

I love Palmpay, their transaction is always smooth and fast. But I have 2 issues. 1) I noticed I don't receive notifications anymore since I updated the app about a week ago. 2) I always have issue with subscribing start time pay TV. Sometimes the transaction will be successful but I won't be able to view. When it first happened last year, I was refunded after 24hrs, it happens 2days ago again and I didn't get any refund and my TV didn't show as well.

It's so crazy when trying to reach their customer care via their own app and the worst of all they keep your number 24 hours where you want to make purchase of airtime or data which is misleading most time making you spend more if you want to buy for others you might had end up buying to you number instead that makes the app useless. Sending money too when you are about to finalize your transaction they would expose all you've got in your account which makes it more usless

More work has to be done. I enjoy the wild variety of services they offer and it's a good place to start your banking experience and poverty elevation. But the app in itself needs to be worked on It's a bit shaking and I don't respond sometimes. In all I think it has the best interest rate on savings and that's a plus,so I'll rate it a 4 and a half
