Ratings and reviews

Used to be great! Now does not work for AirBnB stays. The automatic import from AirBnB is broken. All stays now simply get moved into the Unfiled section in tripit and an email with a generic error is provided. Very disappointing as tripit used to work great!! At least the flights work, so that's not broken! I submitted a ticket a few days ago detailing the issue and have not heard anything back, except this review response telling me to submit a ticket! So I have submitted a second ticket.

Long time user and Pro subscriber here, I tell everyone about this app and have converted a ton of folks to using it. I've used this and paid for it for the better part of 14 years now and have had little bad to say about it. For some reason for the last month or two it just does not want to open on my S22+. It freezes on loading, crashes, doesn't show new trips, and is generally unresponsive. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, no changes to this issue.

awesome app for managing all of the nuances of a trip. I've only ever had one reservation that has an issue with being read by the system, but charmer service let me know it was due to a change of format from the provider and they were working on the update. cancellations are but always handled well but that's a small issue for me
