I have a problem with your app. Watching playback videos are impossible. please let me know if there is anything to do to solve this problem.

user interface is litte poor and no save for setting, every time have to set again and again only these are two problem

It's one of the worst cctv apps I've yet come across. When adding dvr it more often says add fail for no reason, and when I do somehow add it, it works then it disappears from the list, then you have to log out log in a couple of times before it actually shows up again. Not much controls, no nothing, very bad experience, alarm does not work, and surely when in need, it won't work. Let alone it signing me out multiple times even though I click the remember me button.
