bought a cctv system off Amazon, followed the prompts and installation instructions, the only thing I couldn't do was set detection without a cloud service, I bought a cloud service subscription and have now ran into an unacceptable flaw. although recording is working. motion detection is not! I cant select the option and save it. the cctv system is useless without motion or human detection and TSEYE have taken my money for a feature not provided. DO NOT waste your time with this provider!

tried to set up account and it wont let me due to being unable to send verification code to any email i provide to recieve a code. support doesnt seem to know that this is even a thing within the app and keep implying that they dont offer support for my device instead of reading that setting up an account for this app has absolutely zero to do with the cctv device

It's one of the worst cctv apps I've yet come across. When adding dvr it more often says add fail for no reason, and when I do somehow add it, it works then it disappears from the list, then you have to log out log in a couple of times before it actually shows up again. Not much controls, no nothing, very bad experience, alarm does not work, and surely when in need, it won't work. Let alone it signing me out multiple times even though I click the remember me button.
