Get up-to-date flight status information, refreshed automatically, including departure gate, flight status, expected and estimated takeoff and landing times, and any delays. All completely free.

Enter your flight details or scan your boarding pass barcodes and pdf files into Flight Status to track your flight departure and arrival information. Get notifications for updates to gate number, flight times, delays, etc.

Flight Status not only keeps you up to date with tracking the status of your flights, you can also display your boarding pass in the app and use it at the scanners all the way through the airport.

View the progress of your flights on the flight tracking world map, with details about altitude, speed and aircraft identification.

Add all your travel related documents to a flight so you can access and display all your trip information within the app, even when offline. Add documents such as car rental, hotel bookings, train tickets, passport, etc.

Ratings and reviews

Excellent app. Very easy to use. I do have an observation/suggestion however. My primary use is to track arrivals of flights so it's important to know that a flight has been delayed to take off, it's arrival time at destination has changed, has been diverted, or cancelled. I know you can see such things in the app by digging down on the flight or by color on "Scheduled". But as far as I can tell, the app does not send a notification to the phone for such status changes. It would be perfect then.

Recently installed. **Limitation: only tracks Departures from your location, but not arrivals.** Offers a summary of departure details, and (hopefully) updates, if you enter a flight number. Clicking on yellow text offers more flight & airport details. What isn't made clear is that you swipe a saved flight to either side & choose to delete it from your list. Haven't seen any ads. Will see how it goes in use very soon & update this review. (Thus the mid-range rating now.)

This is an app to check your flight and store your boarding pass. Be aware there have been problems with some new airlines, for example Norse Atlantic in early 2024 which were rejected and the boarding pass did not go into the app.
