I updated the app yesterday 24/03/2025 and my experience has been absolutely horrendous. The app is now running at a snails pace of slow. Logging in and transactions that normally take seconds to execute now takes literally 5 minutes and more. If there's any means of reversing the update I'm very open to it, otherwise your tech team needs to do something about the bugs. ************************************ Your recent update has brought my experience back to normal. Transacts fast but still itching!😠 This app loads too long for a start. And does not ever recognize one's Login details once uninstalled and reinstalled due to phone flash or change of phone. And it sometimes freezes at the point of inserting one's OTP and never allow ur keyboard to show up in order to key in the OTP digits. And also, beneficiaries can not be deleted. Pls take note n work on these glitches please! 🙏

The UBA app has not lived up to the common level of efficiency among banks. The app now rarely sends confirmation of transaction receipts, leading to disputes. The app will sometimes say a payment FAILED and yet transfer the money to the recipient. If you are quick to make another payment, you are now in trouble for having paid twice for the same transaction. Likewise, the app says SUCCESSFUL, and the money is taken from your account but does not pay the recipient unless you visit the bank.
