UBA Secure Pass is UBA's customized version of the mobile token, for use in authorizing transactions and identity management on all of UBA's digital channels like the UBA Internet Banking solution, Mobile Banking solution, EmailMoni, and others which requires authorization of transactions.

It was also developed in line with the do-it-yourself model, which allows users to do self-activation of the app without having to walk into a UBA Branch.

Horrendous app. This app seems like it should be a replacement for the different Authenticator apps out there, but it fails miserably. The sign up process is absolutely frustrating and I've never been able to get past it. What is a User ID??? This whole app should be scrapped because it's a total failure. The devs need to go and learn how to implement industry standard authentication codes that work in any authenticator app.

The UBA Secure Pass app is useless. I changed my phone and can’t access my account. I don’t have a debit card, so I can’t complete authentication, and the app keeps saying I’m “not eligible.” Many others face the same issue, yet nothing is done. UBA is making banking unnecessarily difficult. It deserves no rating at all. That's how bad a job you guys are doing!

secure pass is just a one way scam to hold customers funds. you don't have any clear details of how a customer can get the pass you does not make it clear the kind of user ID a customer has to provide. I have tried everything but not good results.
