It's very terrible to use. it does not work, and it is frustrating. It does not accept user ID, and even after selecting the country, it still does not reflect it. update! I called my bank, and I was told they did a recent maintenance, so everyone has to go to the nearest branch to fill out a form to activate the secure pass, and it will take up to 24hrs. Not something one can do on their own.

Useless App. I entered my username and selected the correct country. I received the OTP and entered it correctly. Yet, I was unable to complete the activation due to this error message: "Access to UBA Online Self-Service can not be granted at this time as you don't have the correct authentication capabilities." This has been a recurring message for over 3 years. I responded to an email I received today, thinking UBA had overcome it. Alas! It's the same recurring issue. Useless App❌️❌️❌️

Very useless app. It is crashing. For a long time now, I cannot login to my UBA app. using the card verification, It rejected the card expiry date even though it is correct. For the secure pass, The app is not opening. How can you lock my money this way while I'm suffering? OPAY uses fingers and face to verify but you choose to make life difficult for your customers
