About this app

UBA Secure Pass is UBA's customized version of the mobile token, for use in authorizing transactions and identity management on all of UBA's digital channels like the UBA Internet Banking solution, Mobile Banking solution, EmailMoni, and others which requires authorization of transactions.

It was also developed in line with the do-it-yourself model, which allows users to do self-activation of the app without having to walk into a UBA Branch.

It's very terrible to use. it does not work, and it is frustrating. It does not accept user ID, and even after selecting the country, it still does not reflect it. update! I called my bank, and I was told they did a recent maintenance, so everyone has to go to the nearest branch to fill out a form to activate the secure pass, and it will take up to 24hrs. Not something one can do on their own.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE APP!!!!!! never been so upset and frustrated using an app to send money. even when you manage to receive the otp as text, the mobile app will say not recognised! making transfers impossible very very useless app

I was having issues to create my own Secure Pass and it didn't work so I sent email to them and I got a call after 12 hrs on WhatsApp and they put me through the process now is working for me my advice is this if you have isuse In this regard is either you sent email if you are in diaspora for assistance or call them on phone if you live in nigeira to get assistance because doing it your self will not work.. thanks
