I absolutely hate this app. It’s awkward to navigate, full of glitches, and never sends notifications because it constantly logs me out. My mark was released three days ago, but I only saw it today because I manually logged in to check. All the developers will do is thank me for my feedback and say they’ll pass it on - but nothing will change, because they already have the money from the universities and couldn’t care less about student satisfaction.

App gets stuck on the authenticate page on phone. Can't actually get into my account. Also very concerning considering I'm not the only one with this issue, and that it's not been resolved.

I'm starting university after a career that includes 20 years of software design and implementation. This app is full of good ideas that will sell well to university bigwigs, but that are extremely poorly implemented. Prime example is the diary... essential, but no integration with Google or any other calendar app, so the university can add lessons or update times & locations but the only way to find out about them is to log back in every five minutes. Chat appears to be the same.
